I came here on 8/6/26 to use the self-service wash bays, not the automatic drive-through. Right from the start, the first bay I pulled into was out of service because the coin machine didn’t work, so I had to move to the next bay. I put $5 in quarters to wash my car, and everything was going fine. I even added another $3 in $1 bills because I needed more time. Then I noticed the “Royal Foam” option and decided to try it. It covered my white car in bright blue foam, but halfway through rinsing it off, the machine suddenly shut off with absolutely no warning. There was no beep, countdown, or indication that my time was about to expire. If it had warned me, I would have happily added more money before it stopped. Instead, I was left with blue foam all over part of my white car. To make matters worse, I had run out of quarters and only had my debit card left. The tap-to-pay/card reader didn’t work either, so I couldn’t add more time even though I was trying to pay. That was incredibly frustrating. Listen guys, I've used this car wash a handful of times, BUT and HOWEVER, I've never noticed the fragrance option after vacuuming until my last visit. 🤯 When I tell you I was extatic! I hadn't seen one of those in YEARS! Not only did I leave with my car looking good....it SMELLED good too! 🫠 I honestly can say that for the FEW extra quarters that I put in there, the selection of fragrances was unmatched! Highly recommend! I even opened my moonroof to let everyone else enjoy the magnificent scent I had chosen. 🫠 I'll DEFINITELY be back! 🫡🙌🏽

Oh heck no, i know times is hard now with cheeto leading the way. But $5!!! to start the hand wash now when it used to be $2????? What have we gotten into , this is absurd. Never coming back here again , plus the wash packages being almost $50 when one of the washer breaks more than it works. this is terribly ran but that dude with the glasses

Did the top dog for 18. Didn't touch the dirt on me car. Went and did it myself with the spray one, again did not touch the dirt. Definitely didn't have enough soap in it. Spoke to someone who was there he was to busy helping hand wash another customers car. Called today an spoke to someone who basically said what other reviews said I could come and he would look at it but it only basically rinses the car from dust not touch like most places. Okay I get that but for what I spent it should not have all the spots it does. I can pay 15 at sheetz for a wash an it does fine. I can pay a membership somewhere else that gives me free vacuums and inside cleaning. I won't use this one again even though it is close for me to use on my lunch break

Convenient to Sedgefield, and I usually don't have to wait. I do wish the rinse could be more “spot free'—that's something I hope RR can improve. Still figuring out how to enjoy the “vending” items included with my membership, and I haven't heard back from anyone about that. The bays are kept clean and well maintained, which I appreciate. Premium washes are quite effective - no bugs, or tar. especially since I prefer not to use brushes on my car.
